Don’t you love it when your Facebook friends post their insightful opinions about politics? Oh, you don’t? Well, luckily most people don’t post much about politics on Facebook. Well most women don’t anyhow.
Wolfram Alpha recently launched a Data Donor program that allows people to anonymously contribute their Facebook data. While digging through thousands of status updates, they coded them to fit one of 24 categories (as seen below in the graph).

The most interesting results? Men talk about sports a lot. Women talk about special occasions, their moods, and family / friends.
Unfortunately, both sexes are quite likely to post motivational quotes and share their “life philosophy.”
